is anyone else seeing Claude Code get noisier after adding too many skills?
this week i was debugging a pretty simple web-to-pptx workflow in Claude Code and made it worse in the dumbest way possible: i just kept adding more skills and assumed claude would figure out the routing on its own. bad idea.
